Journey with the Capitoline Triad for a transformational connection to the guiding principles of this divine collaboration; Devotion, Benevolence and Wisdom.
The Capitoline Triad were the principle deities of the Roman Pantheon Minerva, Juno and Jupiter, who shared a temple upon Capitoline Hill in Ancient Rome. They symbolise and embody the energies of Father, Mother and Wise Woman and can guide you in breaking away from anything that holds you backs, so you can build anew with strength and purpose.
They were considered the most powerful of the Roman deities and can support you in stepping into your own power; if you have ever felt small, unworthy, ashamed of self, or not good enough, they are here to teach you now – that you have value, that your difference is your currency, that you have a right to be here, that you can be courageous and strong and are worthy of all that you dream of and desire. They will inspire you to look within and find the priceless gemstones of Self and guide you in how to respect and honour your Self as THE temple of the Divine.
Collectively they hold the energetics of foundation, creation and alchemy.

Let them inspire, nourish and empower you through you a series of guided meditations. I, Rachel, will lead you in three meditative journeys with each of these guides to deeply explore their magic, myth and medicine and what it means for you, and how it can transform your life through encouraging you to trust, embrace and step into your power.
Each session will be 1 hour and 30minutes long, beginning with an introduction to the deity and their wisdom, followed by a guided meditative journey and then an additional and optional follow on time time for sharing and Q&A.
We will meet:
Sunday 18th January- New Moon
Sunday 25th January – Venus and Mars Trine
Sunday 1st February – Full Moon
Each session will run from 7pm start – 8:30pm finish (8:30- 9pm for sharing and Q&A) (UK Time Zone)
We will meet on these specific days to amplify our connection to the divine through the potent astrological events that will shine their brilliant light upon our journeys.

Session 1: Journey with Minerva
Sunday 18th January ~ NEW MOON of Beginnings
Journey with Goddess Minerva
Minerva holds the energy of foundations. She will bring her strength and insight to support you in strengthening your connection to your intuition and wisdom. This will provide you with a powerful platform for your most courageous and aligned growth and creation.
Minerva is the Roman Goddess of learning, discernment, healing and wisdom. She was the patron of creators, of the trade guilds and in this journey you will meet her and recieve from her the tools, the inspiration and insight into how to best support and honour yourself. In bringing revelation to what you uniqely know and embody, with her you can bravely build a life of fulfiment and integrity.
Session 2. Journey with Juno
Sunday 25th January ~ Venus-Mars trine, bringing clarity and focus to love and self-love, end of struggles
Journey with Goddess Juno
Juno holds the energy of Devotion. You may not feel that you are truly worthy of love, devotion and adoration but Juno will hold you in the arms of the Mother and tenderly return you to a place of self-respect and self-admiration.
She is the pillars of the temple, the acts of showing up, the moments of choosing self, the remembrance of beauty and presence. Juno is the Roman Goddess of Queenship, Marriage and Motherhood and will help you to hold and open your hear twith compassion and tenderness. Journey with her and she will show you a unification of all the apsects of self; the pathway of re-claiming self-worth.
Session 3. Journey with Jupiter
Sunday 1st February ~ Full Moon of Expansion ~ Lunar IMBOLC
Journey with Jupiter
Jupiter is the great benevolent father and offers his kind encouragment and kingly might to encourage you in believing in yourself and beleiving in your dreams. His energy is that of prosperity and abundance, both of which are his desire for you. In the Pantheon temple there is the Oculus, the eye of the Jupiter, the circular centre of the roof that lets through the sun and the rain. Prosperity and abundance require you to receive – can you, will you receive it? Jupiter will teach you, guide you, support you in this.
Jupiter is the Roman God of kingship and of the rain that brought fertility and life to the land. Like a father he will help you to reach and aspire to your greatest potential. He will teach you that like the sky you are limitless and that anything is truly possible.
Q & A
- Do I need to have purchased or read ‘Pantheon, The Romans’? Do I need to know anything about the Capitoline. — This event is to coincide with my book launch of ‘Pantheon. The Romans’. You do not however, need to have read it to participate 🙂 it is a stand alone event, though related. It is suitable for complete beginners who know nothing about Roman History or goddess spirituality but will also provide a valauble experience for those that do have some background knowledge. Everyone is at a different place in their journey, and there is something here for all.
- I can’t attend one of the sessions, is that ok? — You do not have to attend all three journeys live, the recordings will be available for 7 days following the LIVE call, for you to catch up on. Likewise, you do not have to attend all three, you can attend one, two or three sessions, though I would recommend all three for the full experience.
- Can I participate next time? — There will not be a next time LIVE. This is a one-off event. However, from March 2025 onwards this recorded event will be avaiable to enjoy again in my online membership.
